We don\u2019t just support our customers to the best of our ability at Helping Hands, we also take care of our carers\u2019 needs, both personal and professional. We have a whole range of employee support tools that can be accessed at any time that you need them, from discounts and promotions to pay advances and great service awards.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve also got our very own Training Academy which supports every employee\u2019s professional development at each stage of their Helping Hands career.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll undertake the skills development you\u2019ll need to fulfil your role, both before you begin caring for your customers and on the job. There will also be assistance for any additional needs your customer may have, which may be delivered on a one-to-one basis in your customers\u2019 homes by our assessors, managers or nurses.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n
