What is a private nurse?<\/h2>\n \n

A private nurse is a clinician who will oversee the support your carers provide.<\/p>\n \n \n

A private specialist nurse or clinical nurse is an experienced clinician who will have many years of expertise in the care and health industry. Private nurses will not care for you directly \u2013 they will oversee the clinical care you receive at home, which will be delivered by a Helping Hands\u00a0visiting carer<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0live-in carer<\/a>. Whilst Helping Hands don\u2019t provide nurses in your home, often our carers work alongside NHS or private healthcare nurses.<\/p>\n
