I\u2019ve worked in care for over 30 years, starting as a carer, and then moving into residential care and dementia units. Since joining Helping Hands in 1994, I have moved through a variety of roles starting as a live-in carer before progressing to the role I have now.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have worked for Helping Hands for 27 years and have never considered moving to another care company. I am very proud to work here and proud to work alongside our carers and the fantastic role they undertake.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"is-hh-subtitle\">Career pathway<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Before joining Helping Hands, Samantha worked in the residential care sector during weekends to develop her experience.
