Her research focuses on ways of improving the health and wellbeing of older people marginalised within social systems as well as understanding and developing age-friendly cities and communities for healthy ageing. Judith\u2019s work on palliative and end-of-life care has explored the cultural, religious and spiritual needs of ethnic minorities and has examined the intersections of service provision, home and community environments. Judith has also worked as a Professor of Public Policy at Simon Fraser University &#8211; in the School of Public Policy.<\/p>\n<p>Judith Sixsmith is currently a Professor in the School of Health Sciences at the University of Dundee and a Visiting Professor of Public Policy at Simon Fraser University.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"is-hh-subtitle\">Research &amp;
